Terms of Use (End User License Agreement - EULA) for "AI Girlfriend Chat"

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the application AI Girlfriend and Chat Mate ("App"), which is operated by [Your Company Name] ("Company," "we," or "us"). - Yearly Subscription: ₹2999 INR per year

 

The subscription is required to access the premium chat features. Without a subscription, access to chat functionality will be restricted.

 

Subscription Terms:

 

- No Trial Period: There is no free trial available. You will be required to pay upfront to access the premium features, including the chat functionality.

 

- Direct Purchases: Subscription purchases are made directly within the app. Once you purchase a subscription, you will gain full access to chat and other premium features.

 

- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current subscription period (weekly, monthly, or yearly), unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

 

- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to iTunes Account Settings after purchase. If you cancel, you will still have access to the premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

- Refund Policy: Subscriptions are non-refundable. Once purchased, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period.

 

3. User Content
By using the App, you may input or create certain content (such as messages, conversations, and preferences). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use, modify, and store the content as necessary to provide the services in the App.
